安川機(jī)器人通過減速機(jī)產(chǎn)品在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)過程中，油池被攪動(dòng)得很特別厲害，潤滑油在機(jī)內(nèi)人員到處飛濺，如果我們加油量過多，使大量潤滑油積聚在軸封、粘結(jié)表面等，導(dǎo)致泄漏。

在安川機(jī)器人減速機(jī)漏油維修時(shí)，由于工作面上污物不徹底，或密封膠選用管理不當(dāng)、密封件設(shè)計(jì)方向裝反，不及時(shí)更換密封件等也會(huì)造成漏油。
